I'm a Dierks Bentley fan, so I was excited when I heard he was opening his Throttle Wide Open tour in Gainesville, Florida. Then, when I found out that Luke Bryan and Bucky Covington were also a part of the show I was even more excited. And what a fun show it turned out to be. The Stephen C. O'Connell Center on the University of Florida Campus was packed with Gators and Non-Gators alike who were there to have a great time.

Luke Bryan hit the stage ready to entertain and during his seven song set he showed us why he is fast moving up in the business. Of the three performers that night, Bryan was the most 'country' of the bunch. He did a little jamming with his band members and we got to hear some great songs including his hit single, "We Rode in Trucks." I enjoyed the interaction Bryan displayed with his band members when they all hit center stage and simply played some great music.

Of course cell phones were flipped open and waving during "Our First Love Song." His set lasted about 30 minutes and he closed with his debut single, "All My Friends Say."
