Sammy Kershaw - "Tennessee Girl"
Sammy was successful in the 1990s when he recorded for Mercury Records. Since then he's married Lorrie Morgan and recorded for RCA, and the old Koch Records label. Now signed to another indie named Category 5 Records, Sammy looks like he's found a winner here. It's fun, it's a summer song and it's sure to remind people of his older stuff.
Kate Russell - "Powerful Stuff"
This song sounds like the kind of thing one would hear out of the Muzik Mafia. It's uptempo and has some fun moments but as an indie label song I don't think it is good enough to be a hit.
