On the top of the screen, choose the "Insert" command. This will open up a menu. From this menu choose "Import," and search your hard drive for the photo you want to use with your mailing label.

I would suggest editing the photo you'll be using on your labels to a square dimenson of approximately 270x270 to 300x300 pixels, using your favorite graphic editing software before you open your Print Shop Program. (My favorite graphics program is Paint Shop Pro 7.)

When you find the photo on your hard drive, click the "Open" button to open picture from disk, and insert it into your label.
