When the program opens, click the "X" on the middle window (the one that says Create Project, My Projects, etc.) to close it. Then, click "File" then "Open" and locate where you saved the .lbl file you downloaded from the site.
If you don't have The Print Shop, or don't want to buy it, or self-stick labels, you can skip to Step 7 for instructions on how to print labels to card stock.
