Step by Step Directions on How To Print out Self-Stick Gift Tags

If you decided to print your label files to card stock rather than self-stick labels, click on the "Print-friendly" links underneath the Gift Tag of your choice from my Self-Stick Gift Tags page.

Load the card stock in your paper tray and turn on your printer. Click on the "Print-friendly" link on the page which will open a new window of Gift Tags. Then, click on the printer icon from the top of your browser. While you don't have to use heavyweight card stock to print your labels, they will look better on the heavier paper. The choice is yours.

1. Use correct Avery label product numbers to match your file type.
2. Open The Print Shop Program.
3. Test with a blank sheet of paper to make sure alignment is correct.
4. Compare the plain paper copy with a blank label sheet for alignment.
5. Load the label paper into your printer paper tray.
6. All done printing. Now they're ready to stick.
7. If you don't have "The Print Shop," print your labels on card stock.
