Montgomery Gentry Hit the Jackpot

Hot country duo Montgomery Gentry is flying high this morning after receiving word that their current single "If You Ever Stop Loving Me" has hit the #1 spot on both country single charts - Billboard and R&R. This marks the first #1 single for the duo - they've come close with six previous Top 5's.

YOU DO YOUR THING, their fourth Columbia Records album, has been RIAA certified Gold status with sales in excess of 500,000 making it the fastest selling album of Montgomery Gentry's career and placing total sales in excess of three million.

Brad Cotter Hand Delivers First Video

"Nashville Star" winner Brad Cotter will hand-deliver his first video ("I Meant To") to CMT's "Top 20 Countdown" on June 24 where it will given a World Premiere. He'll talk to host Lance Smith about making the video and the whirlwind that has surrounded him since winning the national competition. Brad and three of the "Nashville Star" contestants - George Canyon, Matt Lindahl and Matt Lindahl - kicked off their national tour in Kettering, Ohio, on Friday, June 18. Following the show, the guys signed autographs for three hours for all the fans that had gathered. July 6 marks the instore date for Brad's debut album, Patient Man.

Willie Nelson Set to Release New Studio Album "It Will Always Be" In Stores September 14

Willie Nelson's first full studio album since 2002's The Great Divide and third release for Lost Highway is a quietly revealing musical journey from one of this culture's most accomplished and creative entertainers. Recorded in Nashville and at Nelson's Pedernales, Texas studio, the recording was produced by James Stroud and includes guest performances from musical luminaries Paula Nelson, Lucinda Williams and Norah Jones. Lonestar Returns To "The View" June 24th Set To Perform "Mr. Mom" From New Album Let's Be Us Again

Lonestar returns to ABC's "The View" this Thursday, June 24th (check local listings), to perform "Mr. Mom" from their recently released album Let's Be Us Again.

Immediately following, the group will hit the road and launch their summer tour in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on June 25th. The tour will feature a brand new set as well as a brand new set design. Fans will hear a mix of new songs from Let's Be Us Again, as well as hits from their 8-year career.

Keith Urban's Single Already Added

Keith Urban's new single, "Days Go By," from his upcoming album, has radio programmers and country fans cheering. A week before the official add date, the song has been added at 74 stations reporting to R&R, the second-highest number of adds for a country single this year. Meanwhile, his #1 country hit "You'll Think of Me" has been discovered by a whole new set of music. It's # 24 on R&R and #25 on Billboard's AC charts. Urban’s "Raining On Sunday" was named the #1 Sexiest Video on CMT's 40 Sexiest Videos. He also holds the #9 sexiest video for "Somebody Like You." The show airs on June 24 ad 8 p.m. ET.

Rachel Proctor Counts Down To August Album Release

"Big Things Expected From Singer/Songwriter" proclaims USA Today of newcomer Rachel Proctor, who is preparing for the release of her debut BNA Records album, "Where I Belong," on August 10. Anticipation for the album is being fueled by the Top 20 (and climbing) single, "Me And Emily," which Rachel co-wrote and is garnering impassioned emails and phone calls from listeners across the country.
