Thirty years after a drug overdose claimed his life in 1973, Gram Parsons has become an icon. He's forever frozen at 26 in a sexy grin and sparkly Nudie suit, a symbol of the freewheeling Southern California music scene of the late '60s and early '70s.

RCA's Andy Griggs broke out the canteen and the bug spray recently and headed off to summer camp - a tradition he's celebrated for the past few years as the special guest of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Camp Discovery. Griggs is especially fond of the kids at Camp Discovery because he was a camp counselor for MDA camp while he was in high school, and the kids participating in this year's camp were fond of Andy, too. BRAD COTTER: With millions of votes to become America's next "Nashville Star," Brad Cotter started his career as a country star with a pretty hefty fan base and it continues to grow with each stop on the Nashville Star Tour. Recently, one of these fans - Shelley Tucker - asked to meet the star and was willing to donate $5000 to the charity of Brad's choice to do it. Brad took her up on her offer, passing the money along to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital. In return, Shelley received backstage passes to the Nashville Star Tour in Englewood, Colorado where she got to meet Brad and the other artists - George, Matt and Lance - and take a few photos. She enjoyed the show so much, she plans to attend their concert in Michigan as well.
