As millions of country music fans know, Brad Cotter is the newly-crowned winner of USA Networks Nashville Star. Upon being named the most recent Nashville Star, the 33-year-old singer/songwriter from Opelika, Alabama made a promise on national television to his hometown that he would return to personally celebrate the honor with his friends, family and the supportive community.
