BRAD COTTER:
Brad Cotter kicks off a busy weekend by singing the National Anthem at a pre-season Titans football game this Friday, September 3, when the team takes on the Green Bay Packers in the Nashville Coliseum. From there, he heads down to his homestate of Alabama on Sunday, September 5, where he'll fulfill a promise he made on the season finale of "Nashville Star" to "party on Lake Martin." The concert will benefit a home state charity and the MDA. Cotter will have to be air lifted via helicopter to the Atlanta airport in order to make his scheduled performance on the Jerry Lewis Telethon at 8 am PST on Monday, September 6.

SHELLY FAIRCHILD:
Columbia Records newcomer Shelly Fairchild takes her high energy show to both coasts. She'll perform at Joe's Pub in New York on Monday, September 20 and at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 29. Expect some high profile guests to turn up and join Shelly onstage in New York.

Watch for Shelly's debut video "You Don't Lie Here Anymore" to World Premiere on CMT's "Top 20 Countdown" on September 2.

TRENT WILLMON:
Add deep sea fishing to the long list of talents that Trent Willmon possesses. From cooking to songwriting to horse training - this guy does everything and does it well. Trent Willmon joined WEZL and a couple of contest winners in a fishing trip off the coast of Charleston, South Carolina. Onboard the Castaway, Trent caught a barracuda (picture below) along with several King Mackerel and Mahi Mahi. They returned everything they caught back to the ocean.

Superstar Alan Jackson Launches New Album with Late Show with David Letterman and Today Appearances

Grammy-winning Arista Nashville superstar Alan Jackson ushers in the release of his new album, What I Do (in stores today), with a trip to New York City to perform on Wednesday's Late Show with David Letterman and NBC's Today on Thursday morning.

Accompanying Jackson on backing vocals for both New York television appearances will be husband and wife recording duo, the Wrights. Jackson will perform "If Love Was a River," a song co-written by Adam Wright, Jackson's nephew, and wife Shannon, from his What I Do album on Letterman. More...

Sports Filled Weekend for Clay Walker

Walker played to a hometown crowd Saturday night at Houston's Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and was joined by pal and Houston Astros' pitcher, Roger Clemens. Clemens enjoyed the show from the wings and showed that in addition to his pitching skills he's a solid kicker. The six time Cy Young Award winner helped propel numerous beach balls into the crowd during the island themed Walker hit, "Then What."

From Houston Walker and company took an overnight flight to Boston for a repeat concert performance at the Deutsche Bank PGA Championship on Sunday. Walker played the event last year and was asked back to once again perform for the golfers and volunteers before they headed into the final round. More...

BRAD COTTER:
Brad Cotter is dedicated to making his debut album, Patient Man, a success and to saying thank you to all the people who voted him the new "Nashville Star." Last Sunday, after performing at an 8am church service in his home town of Opelika, Brad hosted the First Annual Brad Cotter & Friends Celebration "Party On Lake Martin" where he performed for over 8000 people from his homestate of Alabama. Following the day-long event, Brad hopped on a helicopter for an hour and a half trip to Atlanta where he caught the red-eye to Los Angeles, arriving at 1 am on Monday morning. Five hours later, he performed his hit debut single, "I Meant To" on the Jerry Lewis Telethon where he met Larry King and Ed McMahon. He stayed over in LA today visiting with several media including a taping of Napster Live" for future broadcast.

SHELLY FAIRCHILD:
Columbia Records newcomer Shelly Fairchild has joined the 2004 Rock the Vote Tour kicking off Saturday, September 11 at Kent University in Ohio. She's the only country artist and the only female on the tour which includes Future Leaders of the World, Tyler Hilton, Ben Jelen, Wylde Bunch and Dan Dyer. The tour will make 21 stops over the course of five weeks playing on college campuses across the country. The last tour date is on October 15 at the University of Wisconsin. Shelly's debut video "You Don't Lie Here Anymore" recently world premiered on CMT and the single goes for adds on September 27.

MIRANDA LAMBERT:
Miranda Lambert's first Epic Records single, "Me & Charlie Talking" goes for adds on September 20 and the buzz has been growing on this fantastic female singer/songwriter. Watch for Aunt Fritzi in the "Nancy" comic strip to sport a "Miranda Lambert" t-shirt in the September 22 illustration. More...
