'Grand Ole Opry Live Classics' - Previously unreleased recordings showcase early performances by Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn and others. The collection captures the spirit of America's longest running radio show.
These previously unreleased recordings have been digitally re-mastered and allow listeners to enjoy country classics, down-home comedy, heartfelt gospel and more. This Opry collection blends perfectly with other traditional recordings available from the CB Music Catalogue, including the popular Heritage Music Collection.
The 'Live Classics' CD series features five volumes of nostalgic recordings - 'The Bluegrass Collection,' 'Country Greats,' 'Gospel Treasures,' 'Country Comedy' and 'Hit the Road,' which features songs about life on the road and unique American places. Recorded in the 1960s, these legendary performances sound just as they did when they were first broadcast by radio station WSM's powerhouse 50,000 watt transmitter.
'Now Playing' - For years our guests have asked us about the music they hear in our restaurants. We decided it was time to feature some of those songs and vintage commercials on a CD. It's a service for our guests and helps us establish an emotional connection with them. These are some of our favorite songs and nostalgic jingles that our guests hear when they relax in the restaurant or browse in the country store. The CD features classic recordings by The Everly Brothers ("Bye, Bye Love"), Patsy Cline ("Walking Dream"), Johnny Cash ("Get Rhythm") & Hank Williams ("Move It On Over").
'American Legends' - 20 CD set featuring classic performers like Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Ella Fitzgerald, Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra.
'Heritage Music' - Our partnership with the National Council for the Traditional Arts has created a 20 CD collection of nostalgic music; our most popular genres in this collection are gospel, bluegrass, country & western swing.
