Week of January 21, 2008

January 21, 2008 - The celebrities were given the challenge of creating a "Kodak mobile printing experience" on the sidewalks of New York, with the winning team being chosen based on originality, brand messaging, and profit. Team leaders were Rocker Gene Simmons for the Women's Team Empresario, and Ultimate Fighting Champion Tito Ortiz leading the men's Team Hydra.

work with Lennox Lewis and Vinnie Pastore to design the interior of the trailer, which included a couch where customers could have their picture made with Lewis and then printed on the Kodak machine. Tension mounted as Actor Steven Baldwin accidentally tipped over a table, knocking Trace's coffee over onto the laptop the team was using to create their graphics. They lost over 6 hours worth of work, but never fear, Stephen's brother Alec Baldwin stepped in and paid $1,000 each for two printers. When all was said and done, Team Hydra's message was more on target, and they made more money, sending Empresario to the Boardroom for a third week in a row. After failing to lead the women, Gene Simmons was fired.

In week four, the remaining celebrities will be challenged to run a one-day Broadway ticket booth. They are given eight shows to choose from, giving each team four shows a piece. Look for more drama as two celebrities start out on the wrong foot, and another tries dressing up like a knight to sell tickets to Spamalot. Look for actor David Hyde Pierce to show up to support a friend in this episode.

Celebrity Apprentice airs on NBC on Thursdays at 9:00 pm.
