Top 10 Country Singles

George Strait took over the No. 1 spot this week with his song "Give It Away," marking King George's fifty-third No. 1 single. Josh Turner's "Would You Go With Me" advanced two spots to No. 2 and No. 3 goes to Steve Holy's "Brand New Girlfriend." Brooks & Dunn (with Sheryl Crow and Vince Gill) have a song, "Building Bridges," that moved into slot No. 4. The Wreckers drop two spots to No. 5 with "Leave The Pieces." Advancing three spots to No. 6 is Heartland with "I Loved Her First," Rodney Atkins' "If You're Going Through Hell (Before The Devil Even Knows)" is at No. 7, and No. 8 is Keith Urban's "Once In A Lifetime." Dierks Bentley moved up a spot to No. 9 with "Every Mile A Memory," while Faith Hill closed out the Top 10 with "Sunshine and Summertime." Chances are, George Strait will still be No. 1 next week.

Moving Up at the Speed of Light
Only two songs are moving up at the speed of light this week: Trace Adkins' "Ladies Love Country Boys" (jumping thirteen spots to land on No. 46) and then The Wreckers' latest ("My, Oh My") jumped fourteen spots to No. 42.

The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves
Five songs hit the air waves for the first time: Little Big Town's "Good As Gone" at No. 58, Clay Walker's "'Fore She Was A Mama" at No. 56, Darryl Worley's "I Just Came Back From War" at No. 52, Kellie Pickler's "Red High Heels" at No. 48, and No. 47's "Watching You" by Rodney Atkins.

Top 10 Country Album Charts
Rascal Flatts' Me And My Gang remains in the No. 1 position and Josh Turner's Your Man remains at No. 2. Gaining a single spot is No. 3's Some Hearts by Carrie Underwood. Trace Adkins is a Dangerous Man but he dropped a spot to No. 4, Tim McGraw - Greatest Hits, Vol. 2: Reflected jumped to No. 5, and the Broken Bridges soundtrack landed at No. 6. No. 7 is The Wreckers' Stand Still, Look Pretty album. The Randy Rogers Band had an album debut at No. 8 - Just A Matter Of Time. The Dixie Chicks' Taking The Long Way dropped to No. 9 and Toby Keith's White Trash With Money hit No. 10.

What's New on the Album Charts This Week?
Hag: The Best Of Merle Haggard debuted at No. 60, Chris Thile's How To Grow A Woman From The Ground got all the way to No. 46, and the Randy Rogers Band's Just A Matter Of Time (already-mentioned) made it all the way to No. 8.
