Top 10 Country Singles

For the second week in a row, George Strait sits at the top of the charts with "Give It Away," while Josh Turner's "Would You Go With Me" hopes to get higher than No. 2 next week. Heartland really stepped up their game because "I Loved Her First" jumped three spots to No. 3. Remaining at No. 4 is "Building Bridges," by Brooks & Dunn (with Sheryl Crow and Vince Gill). Dierks Bentley is having a good week with his single, "Every Mile A Memory," since it jumped four spots to No. 5, Steve Holy's "Brand New Girlfriend" dropped to No. 6, and Keith Urban's "Once In A Lifetime" hit No. 7. The Wreckers' "Leave The Pieces" is three spots higher at No. 8, No. 9 is Rodney Atkins' "If You're Going Through Hell (Before The Devil Even Knows)," and Kenny Chesney slides into the Top 10 at No. 10 with his song, "You Save Me." I predict Josh Turner will take over the No. 1 spot next week.

Moving Up at the Speed of Light
There are only three songs moving up at the speed of light: Five spot jumper "You Don't Know A Thing" (by Steve Azar) at No. 49, another five spot jumper "Watching You" (by Rodney Atkins) at No. 42, and "'Fore She Was A Mama" (Clay Walker) which jumped a total of six positions to No. 50.

The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves
Lindsey Haun made her chart debut with No. 60's "Broken" and Jason Michael Carroll debuted "Alyssa Lies" at No. 58.

Top 10 Country Album Charts
Kenny Chesney's LIVE: Live Those Songs Again debuted at No. 1, causing Rascal Flatts' Me And My Gang to be bumped up to No. 2, and Carrie Underwood remained at No. 3 with the Some Hearts album. Josh Turner drops two spots to 4 with Your Man and Trace Adkins' Dangerous Man dropped a spot to land at No. 5. Tim McGraw - Greatest Hits, Vol. 2: Reflected hit No. 6. Two spots higher at No. 7 is The Dixie Chicks' Taking The Long Way and No. 8 is Alan Jackson's Precious Memories. The Wreckers' Stand Still, Look Pretty is No. 9 and No. 10 is Toby Keith's White Trash With Money.

What's New on the Album Charts This Week?
Carolina Rain debuted their album, Weather The Storm at No. 59, Emerson Drive's Countrified landed at No. 35, and previously mentioned Kenny Chesney debuted LIVE: Live Those Songs Again at No. 1.
