Top 10 Country Singles

As predicted last week, Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" is No. 1, meaning Dierks Bentley's "Every Mile A Memory" dropped to No. 2. Jumping two spots to No. 3 is "You Save Me" by Kenny Chesney. Heartland is No. 4 with "I Loved Her First," Rascal Flatts are No. 5 with "My Wish," and Sugarland is at No. 6 with "Want To." "Once In A Lifetime," by Keith Urban, moved up a spot to No. 7 and Tim McGraw's "My Little Girl" advanced a spot to No. 8. Josh Turner's "Would You Go With Me" is No. 9 and No. 10 is Rodney Atkins with "If You're Going Through Hell (Before The Devil Even Knows)." Carrie Underwood just might stay in the No. 1 position next week, but not without a fight from Rascal Flatts.

Moving Up at the Speed of Light
Billy Currington's "Good Directions" (at No. 48) advanced five spots this week, as did Clay Walker's "'Fore She Was Mama" at No. 37. The highest jumping song this week is Gary Allan's "A Feelin' Like That," which jumped seven spots to land at No. 47.

The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves
Only two songs hit the air waves this week: Blake Shelton's "Don't Make Me" at No. 60 and Sara Evans' "Missing Missouri" at No. 56.

Top 10 Country Album Charts
Debuting at No. is Songs Of Inspiration by Alabama, No. 2 is George Strait's It Just Comes Natural, and No. 3 is Taylor Swift's self-titled release. Carrie Underwood's Some Hearts advanced two spots to No. 4. Montgomery Gentry's new album, Some People Change, is No. 5. Rascal Flatts' Me And My Gang jumped a spot to No. 6 and No. 7 is Jimmy Buffett's Take The Weather With You. Alan Jackson is No. 8 with Like Red On A Rose. Dierks Bentley slipped eight spots to land his Long Trip Alone album at No. 9. Rounding out the Top 10 this week is Josh Turner's Your Man.

What's New on the Album Charts This Week?
Stoney LaRue's Live At Billy Bob's Texas debuted at No. 65, while George Jones and Merle Haggard released Jones Sings Haggard, Haggard Sings Jones at No. 25. The other debuts were the previously-mentioned Some People Change (Montgomery Gentry) at No. 5, No. 3's self-titled album by Taylor Swift, and Alabama's No. 1 debut (Songs Of Inspiration).
