From Jennifer Webb, for About.com

Top 10 Country Singles

Looks like another No. 1 week for Sugarland's "Want To." Meanwhile, Rascal Flatts' "My Wish" remains at No. 2 and Tim McGraw's "My Little Girl" stays at No. 3. No. 4 is "She's Everything" by Brad Paisley. Rodney Atkins' "Watching You" made a decent three-spot jump to No. 5, Carrie Underwood slid two spots to No. 6 with "Before He Cheats," and George Strait's "It Just Comes Natural" drops to No. 7. Montgomery Gentry's "Some People Change" is No. 8 and Taylor Swift's "Tim McGraw" advanced to No. 9. Jason Aldean closes out the Top 10 with "Amarillo Sky." With Rascal Flatts and Sugarland losing spins and Brad Paisley gaining, I think Brad Paisley just might make it to the top next week

Moving Up at the Speed of Light
Carrie Underwood's latest release, "Wasted," advanced a total of eight spaces to land at No. 51, but Little Big Town didn't want to be outdone. The group's version of "Go Tell It On The Mountain" hit No. 47, meaning a ten spot advance this week.

The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves
Three songs hit the air waves for the first time this week: Carolina Rain's "Isn't She" at No. 59, No. 53's "Missing You" by Alison Krauss (with John Waite), and "Moments" by Emerson Drive at No. 49.

Top 10 Country Album Charts
The first six spots on the album chart are the same as last week: Carrie Underwood's Some Hearts is No. 1, No. 2 is Me And My Gang by Rascal Flatts, No. 3 finds Keith Urban's Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing, Sugarland is No. 4 with Enjoy the Ride, George Strait is still No. 5 with It Just Comes Natural, and Josh Turner's Your Man is No. 6. Rodney Atkins' If You're Going Through Hell breaks the cycle by advancing a single spot to No. 7, while Brad Paisley takes a tumble by having his album, Time Well Wasted, drop to No. 8. Kellie Pickler is remains at No. 9 with Small Town Girl and No. 10 finds Tim McGraw's Greatest Hits Volume 2: Reflected.

Re-entering the Charts This Week
Three albums are re-entering this chart this week: No. 75's Something To Be Proud Of: The Best Of 1999-2005 by Montgomery Gentry, No. 74's Blue Collar Comedy Tour: One For The Road by Various Artists, and No. 73's Greatest Hits Volume 1 by Phil Vassar.

NOTE: All chart rankings are based on the song or album's position on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart or Billboard Country Albums Chart for December 30, 2006.

Albums are linked to buying information, should you wish to purchase the album.
