Top 10 Country Singles


Big & Rich earn their first No. 1 song, with "Lost in This Moment." George Strait remains at No. 2 with "Wrapped," followed by the former No. 1 from Montgomery Gentry, "Lucky Man." At No. 4 for a second week, is Keith Urban, with "I Told You So." Kenny Chesney also remains where he is at No. 5 with "Never Wanted Nothing More." Jake Owen remains at No. 6 with "Startin' With Me." Taylor Swift advances one spot to No. 7, with "Teardrops on My Guitar." Jason Aldean takes "Johnny Cash" up one place to No. 8. Rodney Atkins moves up two places, to No. 9, with "These Are My People." Moving up three spots, is Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, with "I Need You." Next week, I see Big & Rich holding onto the Top spot for a second week.

Moving Up at the Speed of Light
The top moving song this week belongs to Josh Turner, with "Firecracker," which moves up 14 places, from its debut last week at No. 58 to No. 44 this week. Brad Paisley moves up eleven places from No. 48 to No. 37 this week with "Online." Brooks & Dunn earn the "Airpower" distinction with "Proud of the House We Built," which moves from No. 23 to No. 27 this week.

The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves


Rascal Flatts first single, "Take Me There," from their upcoming September 25th release, Still Feels Good debuts this week at No. 24. The song was co-written by Kenny Chesney. Flynnville Train hold the only other new song this week, with "Nowhere Than Somewhere" which debuts at No. 59.
