Top 10 Country Songs
We have a new No. 1 as Taylor Swift's "Love Story" takes over the top spot. The Zac Brown Band moves up one spot with "Chicken Fried." Tim McGraw moves up one spot with "Let It Go," followed by Carrie Underwood's "Just a Dream" which drops from No. 1 last week. Montgomery Gentry's "Roll With Me" moves up to No. 5, then Sugarland's "Already Gone" follows at No. 7. Brad Paisley & Keith Urban's "Start a Band" moves up two spots to No. 8 this week, followed by Toby Keith's "She Never Cried in Front of Me" dropping four places to No. 9, and Kenny Chesney's "Everybody Wants to Go To Heaven" drops two spots to the final spot in the Top 10. I expect Taylor to remain at No. 1 for a second week.
Moving Up at the Speed of Light
Kenny Chesney's "Down the Road" moves from No. 38 to No. 27 this week. Toby Keith's "God Love Her moves up five spots, from No. 29 to No. 24.
The Latest Tunes To Hit The Air Waves
George Strait debuts "River of Love," which he recently performed on the 2008 CMA Awards show, at No. 45. Heidi Newfield's "Cry Cry ('Til the Sun Shines)" debuts at No. 56. Adam Gregory's "What it Takes" debuts at No. 59.
