Faith was born Audrey Faith Perry in Jackson, MS and raised in the tiny town of Star, MS. After moving to Nashville, she was signed with Warner Brothers. Her first album Take Me As I Am was released in 1993, with the big No. 1 debut single, "Wild One," which stayed at the top for four weeks. She followed that with two more No. 1s; the Janis Joplin cover, "Piece of My Heart," and the title track.[p">Faith met Tim McGraw on the now famous Spontaneous Combustion tour, and the couple married in 1996. Her duet with her husband "It's Your Love" became the first of several they would record. Other popular hits include "This Kiss," "Let Me Let Go," and the crossover, "Breathe." Faith released her sixth studio album, Fireflies in 2005.
