From , former About.com Guide

Trisha Yearwood began her singing career in the early 90s, and as a demo singer was introduced to Garth Brooks, who hired her to sing backup on his self-titled debut album. Soon, Trisha had her own deal with MCA Nashville, and released her self-titled debut in 1991. Her first single, "She's In Love With The Boy" soared to the top of the charts, and was just the first of many more to come. Other popular songs include "The Woman Before Me," "Like We Never Had a Broken Heart," (with Garth Brooks) "That's What I Like About You," "Walkaway Joe" (with Don Henley) "Believe Me Baby, (I Lied)," and "How Do I Live," from the soundtrack of Con Air. Her most recent album is Jasper County.
