- Keith Urban - "Stupid Boy"
After a few weeks off, due to the chart freeze around the holidays, we find that Keith Urban's "Stupid Boy" regains its claim as the No. 1 Hot Country Song this week. The song moves up three spots from No. 17 to No. 14 this week.
- Trace Adkins - "Ladies Love Country Boys"
Trace Adkins gains a lot of momentum this week as "Ladies Love Country Boys" slips in our No. 2 spot on the Hot Country Songs chart. The song moves up one spot on Billboard's Country Songs Chart from No. 14 to No. 13.
- Martina McBride - "Anyway"
Martina's "Anyway" has consistantly been in the No. 2 spot on our chart, so it slips a bit to No. 3 this week, just barely behind Trace. The song actually drops from No. 15 to No. 16 on the Billboard charts, but it's still bulleted, and should continue moving up next week.
- Trent Tomlinson - "One Wing in the Fire"
Although the song has lost its bullet on Billboard's chart, and dropped from No. 16 to No. 17, the song is picking up spins, and I expect it to move up again next week. I just love this song, and hope it goes to No. 1 for him.
- Craig Morgan - "Little Bit of Life"
Go Craig Morgan! I just love his album, and this infectous single. "Little Bit of Life" like Trent Tomlinson's "One Wing in the Fire" has lost its bullet on Billboard, and drops from No. 13 to No. 15. However, it is gaining spins again this week, and I expect it to bounce back on next week's charts.
- Tim McGraw - "Last Dollar (Fly Away)"
The first single from Tim's upcoming album, Let It Go was actually supposed to be released this week, but often with superstar acts, the songs get played early, and not surprisingly, it's doing quite well already, debuting at No. 50 on the charts this week. His album is due out on March 27th.
- Wreckers - "My, Oh My"
While I thought this song would be in the Top 5 by now, the big freeze held it outside the Top 10. It is sitting at No. 12 this week, same as last week, but is bulleted, and maybe next week will see a push into the Top 10.
- Kenny Chesney - "Beer in Mexico"
This is a great song for the winter. Typical Kenny, which means another No. 1 in the works. Don't we all just wish we could laze around and do nothing, while having another beer in Mexico? :D
- Kellie Pickler - "Red High Heels"
Kellie's "Red High Heels" has the "Airpower" distinction on Billboard's charts this week, moving from No. 19 to No. 18. I think Kellie's definitely got herself a Top 10 song, if not a Top 5.
- Joe Nichols - "I'll Wait For You"
This song is so sad, and Joe sings it so well. Like Trent Tomlinson and Craig Morgan, the song has lost its bullet this week, and moves from No. 18 to No. 19, but I expect it to regain the bullet next week, and move up again.
