Miranda Lambert has come a long way since she placed third on the first season of Nashville Star. She's been able to take her time creating her debut album, and Kerosene is most certainly worth the wait. The album debuted at No. 1 on the charts, and has since sold over 500,000 copies. The first single, "Me and Charlie Talking" peaked at No. 27, while the second single, <"Bring Me Down" also stalled at 32. The third single, the title track, "Kerosene" with its hot video of revenge gave Miranda her first Top 20 song, as of the January 14, 2006 Billboard singles chart.
