Real Fine Place is Sara Evans' fifth studio album, and it debuted at the top of the Country Albums chart. The debut single, "A Real Fine Place To Start" went all the way to the top and stayed there for two weeks. The second single, the sassy "Cheatin'" is at No. 18 on the January 14, 2006 chart and rising. The album has sold over 500,000 copies, qualifying it as Gold.
