The companion CD to this DVD started as a Christmas present for Alan's mother. She had always wanted him to record a Gospel album and his small intimate project turned into an incredible release of favorite hymns. Alan recorded it live at the Ryman Auditorium. Throughout the video, there is wonderful footage and interviews with Alan's family. Otherwise, it is all acoustic, the spotlight is on Alan and the tone is low key in keeping with the music he is performing. A wonderful addition to your DVD collection.
